Processing time
For bags that are made to order, please allow 14 days before your bag is shipped. For ready to order bags, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
We will arrange delivery for bespoke orders separately.
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, as we prioritise craftsmanship over speed.

Currently, we only ship orders within the United Kingdom.

Address accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. Violetta is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at violettaatelieruk@gmail.com. Although we cannot control carrier handling, we will always assist where possible.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Please note: Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned, as they are crafted specifically for you.
How to start a return or exchange
Email violettaatelieruk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We will provide instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Violetta cannot be liable for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or solution at no additional cost.
